Thank you for purchasing your tickets and supporting the Shake The Lake Charity Fun Run boating event! The event is still on and Saturday August 19th is coming up fast! Due to unforeseen circumstances, we have had to change up the event to a bit more of a casual/relaxed day. Due to the changes, all paying ticket holders can opt to receive a full refund.

The day will start with a 5$ cesar bar special from 10-1 at Cove's Landing where everyone can meet up and depart at their leisure. Then, instead of set stops, the boating day will be up to you. We'd encourage everyone to meet up for lunch at Harbour House and Sandbar and then make their way back to Cove's Landing for a fun party.

The party will feature special displays from local vendors like Bayside Brewery, Landshark, Sprucewood Winery, Crafty Elk, Molson Brewery. There will be live entertainment all day and the night will be capped off by the concert from Big Shiny Toons starting at 7.

Tickets will no longer be required to attend any events. Instead, at the party starting at 5:30 the Lions clubs will be offering poker hands for a 50$ buy in per hand. The top 3 poker hands for the night will receive a share of 50% of the pot. Ticket holders will no longer receive any meals or t-shirts.

As this is no longer a ticketed event, you can let us know and we'll refund your ticket in full OR if you elect to not take a refund, each registered ticket holder will get 3 poker hands and a bonus ticket.

All fundraising activities that night will benefit the Tilbury and Lighthouse Lions Clubs as before. Refund requests must be sent by email to this address before Monday August 14th. No refunds will be available after that date or at the event. Any monies not refunded and not redeemed for poker hands will be donated to the Lions Clubs.
